What do these numbers mean?
- ROI
- The return: what each bet earns on average. +5% means 5 cents gained per euro staked.
- Unit
- One stake. We count as if the same amount were staked every time: a bet won at odds 1.80 returns +0.80 unit, a lost bet costs −1. The total is the net result, whatever the stake size.
- Win rate
- The share of bets won. A high rate isn't enough: winning often at tiny odds can still lose money — hence the ROI.
- Settled
- The match is over and the bet has been decided, won or lost. A pending bet counts in no percentage.
- Average odds
- The average odds of the bets taken. The lower they are, the more often you must win to be profitable.
- Avg. confidence
- The probability the model announced on average before the matches. Compare it with the real win rate: if they match, the model is well calibrated.
- Void
- Match abandoned, retirement or walkover: the bet could not be decided. It is removed from the percentages, never counted as a win.
Our bets are picked for their value, not their ease: we rule out obvious favourites whose odds don't pay. The win rate shown is therefore lower than elsewhere — that is deliberate, and it is what makes the ROI positive.
Markets tracked on fewer than 3 bets are not broken down: a percentage built on a single bet means nothing.
